Perfect Eyelining

Using eyeliners enhances the beauty of your makeup especially if you have lovely eyes, but could also ruin your makeup, it all depends on how you apply it, the use of eyeliners is just to draw attention to your eyes enhancing the lash line so the eyes appear fuller, too little is most often best. It is important to note that there are different liners for different purposes, before using a liner you should have an idea what effect you want it to have and select your liner based this. For instance if you want a smudgy look, try a pencil liner. If you want a clean crisp line, use a liquid liner (but let it set before you open your eyes!). Choosing the incorrect formulation for the application or applying eyeliner to the wrong area can result in it transferring, which can completely change the desired application or look. After selecting your eyeliner, in order to achieve long-lasting, smudge-free and well-defined eyes, you should first of all apply liquid or cream foundation to the skin of the eyelids. Using a foundation sponge or your fingers, apply a small amount and dab onto the skin, followed by loose powder to set the foundation. Afterwards tilt your head backwards slightly with your chin forward and look downwards in front of a mirror, hold the corner of your eyelids down, preferably by the eyebrow, to make the skin firm, create a dotted line along eyelids as close to the base of your lashes as possible, draw a fine line connecting the dots. This is to draw a guideline before the actual application of the liquid eyeliner. This helps you to adjust the shape and thickness of your eyeliner to achieve desired effect. Double the lining to make it last longer and to make it appear darker. For liquid liners I would advise you wait for it to dry before doubling it and opening your eyes to avoid making it messy. To create a smoky effect use a cotton bud to smudge the liner, for cat eyes extend the tail of the line, and for the regular day to day effect you are good to go. As royalty look on top of your game at all times. A little eyeliner, a little color on your lips, a little powder, goes a long way.
