Watching and searching through the fashion powerhouses of Tanzania, Oreime came across Julia Tang who launched her VEERT brand in 2020 during the pandemic after working with Kareem Burke of Roc-A-Fella Records from 2017-2019.

Julia Tang got a bachelor’s in trade and commerce from a university in Germany. After a few months of internship in New York, she fell in love with the country and soon got a visa to live and do business in the United States of America. She returned to the country on her own terms . It was freedom.

Julia Tang worked successfully with small businesses and corporations pushing their brands on social media platforms and other outlets. Within only two years of working in New York, she made enough impact to work with an influential individual like Kareem Burke. And in a total of eight years, she has become the brand to have and connect with. Alicia keys, Nas, Maluma to mention a few are part of her clientele base.

Now she has her VEERT brand which fashions out clothing and jewelries which are favoured by athletes, musicians and executives. She has also had fashion shows in New York, Paris and of course London. She has made the covers of international magazines.
