Juliana O’Connor is the first of many. In 1997, Juliana was the first female Cayman Minister. In 2012, she became the first female Premier of Cayman Islands. And now she has become the first female Premier to return to office eleven year.

Do we agree that Ms. Connolly’s feminine mystique and experience in different political offices make her an efficient leader? Why else has she been returned to the same seat eleven years later?

On 15th November 2023, Juliana O’Connor Connolly was sworn in as Premier of her country for the second time. She was the longest serving, female member of Parliament and first female deputy Premier before this new appointment. She is equipped to excel.

Ms Connolly is positive that she will make the Cayman Islands a better place for everyone. Having a second shot at the Premiership of Cayman reflects the trust in her leadership.
