Exactly a week ago, 14th May 2024, our history making Claudia Darlene was Top five at Miss World Model Next Top Model competition which took place in Beirut, Lebanon. This makes her the first Ghanaian in history to get this far in this pageant.

Last December 2023, we celebrated Claudia for making it so the top ten at Miss Aura international. Again the first Ghanaian in history to achieve this. Her numerous achievements in the pageant world shows that one can get whatever they put their minds to. It is hard to believe that she gained fame from her social media presence.

Today, history making Claudia has joined the list of celebrities born from the social media space. A determined young woman whose success story came from her persistent display of her talent on the Internet. She pursued desperately , and won.

In actual fact, Ms Darlene became popular on social media for wearing a huge Afro over her beautiful face. It may be the biggest afro on the net. She causes a stir everywhere she goes because no one has seen such a huge afro before. When she arrived Lebanon for the pageant, her fans were there to welcome her.

Well, tagging her our history making Claudia is not enough, she is a true queen. Going around the world, to countries unknown, showing off her afro and beautiful dark skin is her thing. In a world where racism is rife outside Africa, we doff our hearts to our beautiful, brave queen.

In closing , note that Claudia Darlene is choosing her battles and winning them. We await and expect her to win an international title very soon.
