Remember Kristina Joksimovic, say her name, she was a mother, daughter, model, beauty queen and catwalk coach slain by her husband. Kristina was kind, loving and enthusiastic about life and teaching others. In fact she was a lover of people, who enjoyed teaching people to be the best of themselves. And Kristina was forced to leave us at only thirty-eight years old.

Meet Kristina:-

First, beautiful, five feet nine inches tall, Kristina Joksimovic was born and raised in Serbia. However, she was scouted for modelling when she was sixteen years old and soon relocated to Switzerland with her parents. Then she naturalized as a citizen and threw herself into her modelling career. Not only that, Ms Joksimovic juggled modelling with school because getting an education was important to her.

Thereafter, four years precisely, Kristi entered a beauty pageant and won the title, Miss Northwest Switzerland 2007. Thus proceeding to the national level of the Miss Switzerland pageant. However, she made it to the Top five but missed the title of Miss Switzerland 2008. She decided to complete her education and became an IT recruiter and catwalk coach after that.

So it was during this time that Kristina met Marc Rieben and married him in 2016. But they did not have their first child till four years; 25th of April 2020 and the second in 2021. Sadly, their life together showed cracks in 2023 because of a report of domestic abuse. There were actual red marks around her neck.

Pain and departure:-

Yet our queen sister did not leave her marriage. There was actually a quiet call for help on her Instagram account where she said you should not allow pain make you hate or let bitterness steal your sweetness. This is the excerpt below.

Finally, less than one month after her 38th birthday, she did not pick up her children from school. And so her parents were promptly notified. Then of course, they rushed off to pick up their grandchildren and took the children home. Yet, Kristina was not home and her husband said he did not know where she was.

But her Dad did not believe him and started checking through the house for his precious daughter. Thus making the discovery which would scar him for the rest of his life. It looked like his daughter’s beautiful hair was sticking out of a bin bag in the basement. So he opened it and confirmed it was the head of his beloved daughter.

In closing, if that Dad did not look around would the now convicted hubby get away with murder? Why did she not move away first before telling him she was leaving? Would that have kept our queen sister alive? So many questions.
