Another winner from MU to MW emerged on the 31st of May 2025, twenty-four years after. Back in 2001, Agbani Darego of Nigeria placed in the Top 10 of Miss Universe 2021; 7th position. Now in 2025, Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand has achieved the same feat.

Therefore one can safely say that the judges of the four pageants are impartial, accurate and good at their assignments. Besides that, the two contestants of different races and different generations are almost a quarter of a century apart. Yet they achieved the same results.

Secondly, one can deduce that after both ladies participated in the Miss Universe pageant, they gathered winning tips. And they put those tips to great use to emerge as winners of the most prestigious pageant in the world.

Another winner from MU to MW is also a simple demonstration of a job well done by all the parties involved. Plus this is an indication that when a contestant tranfers from one to another, it is actually a compliment. A reflection of pageants working together for inclusivity and to promote women.
Though there was a fallout with Miss Universe mother body, TPN Global Thailand, has been vindicated. And the fallout can hopefully be viewed as unnecessary. Though MUO says it is a breach of contract, this is not the first time a contestant crossed over. So maybe they should review this new clause impeding these women.

After all beauty pageants are supposed to promote, strengthen and encourage women not suppress them. The young lady believed she could improve on her performance at MU 2024 and win the title for Thailand. JPN believed in Suchata, supported her and selected her and she won. Beauty with a purpose achieved both ways, with a win-win for everyone involved.
