About Miss Africa

Miss Africa is one of the beauty pageants established in recent times to empower women and allow them to make a change both locally and globally.

This is an annual beauty pageant event that holds every December and the winner in this contest is expected to embark on a project that will project her name all the time. Such a project includes establishing a non-governmental organization that will encourage and empower women to come out and participate in contests and leadership positions or establishing a charity organization.

Initiated by the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade in 2016. This pageant has produced outstanding Queens who are making an impact in different parts of the world.
