Miss World Ghana took place in September 2022 and twenty-two -year-old Miriam Xorlasi from the Volta Region beat fifteen other contestants to win the title. She too will join beauties from over ninety-one other countries, to compete for the much coveted crown in Goa, India.

She is so used to pageants that she was second runner-up at Miss Face of Volta 2020, Miss Hogbe of Mafi 2019, Miss GNATLASS 2021 and was Face of Hosco 2017. At the Miss World Ghana pageant, she won four awards. She was Miss Top model, Miss Fitness, Miss Beauty with Purpose and Best Talent.

Miss World Ghana is ready to take on and make history as the first Miss World winner from Ghana, come December 2023.
