Young entrepreneur Miss Anjali BORKHATARIA is a rising and genderless fashion designer. She established her company in 2018 after training in South Africa. She says her target is to bridge the gap between Africa and the rest of the world concerning fashion.

Her target clients are everyday people who just want to wear something nice. Her brand name, Ek_an_tik is popular not only in Tanzania but also in South Africa. She told Forbes Africa that life happens on the streets and that is where her focus is.

She has won several awards and her designs cut across several African countries.
