Anicia Tebogo Gaothusi is Miss World Botswana 2024/5. She won the title on the 23rd of March 2024 and is going to represent Botswana at the Miss World International pageant in 2025.

The first thing we should know about Anicia is that she was Miss Teen Botswana 2018/19. She went on represent Botswana on the global stage for Miss Teen International 2019. At that event, Anicia was second runner-up. Top three.

Secondly, Ms Gaothusi is a law student. After her tenure as Teen queen in 2019/20, Anicia gained admission into the Gaborone University College to study Law. So ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at a future lawyer. It is during this period that she prepared for and won this new title.

Thirdly, at twenty-two and holding the title of Miss World Botswana 2024/5, Anicia Is going to be very busy. She is going to have to combine her studies with the events and responsibilities of a pageant title holder. And still run her projects aimed at the unity of her people.

Also, has anyone noticed that the new Miss World Botswana and previous Miss World Botswana/ Miss World Africa 2022/3, Lesogo Chombo are both in the legal profession?
