Ms Snit Tewolde Medhin won the Miss Africa USA crown on the twenty-third of March 2023. She is a neuroscientist at the George Mason University.

Queen Snit Tewolde Medhin is twenty-four years old and is five feet ten inches tall. She is of Eritrea origin. She is an advocate of children with special needs.

When Ms Tewolde Medhin is not studying for her degree, she is playing tennis or basketball or teaching in an elementary school. She loves being with children.

Her passion for special needs children was inspired by her younger sister who is a special needs child. She hopes to visit Africa with the intention of easing the lives of as many of such children as she can.
