St. Lucia has a capable representative in Earlyca Frederick come the November 2023 Miss Universe Pageant holding in El Salvador. She won the title of Miss Universe St. Lucia on the night of July 31st 2023.

Earlyca Frederick is a teacher. She is twenty-five years old. She has been winning beauty pageants since 2001 when she was three years old. She won another pageant when she turned eighteen, three more pageants at age twenty, one other at twenty-one, another at twenty-three and of course this ultimate one of Miss Universe St. Lucia 2023/24 at twenty-five years old.

She is a dedicated board member of Cultural Development Foundation of St. Lucia. Her childhood dream to be Miss Universe, is closer to reality than ever before.
