A little over two weeks ago, the second day of September to be precise, Ileann Powery from West Bay, won the title of Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2022/24. On the eighteenth of November 2023, She will be in El Salvador on the global stage with beauties from over eighty countries of the world competing for the universal crown.

Ileann Powery is not only a business woman, she is a professional volleyball player. She is also a member of the Cayman Islands Folk Singers group. As a professional volleyball player, she is well travelled with over eleven countries stamped on her passport.

Ileann is twenty-five years old and is five feet seven inches tall.
