On the night of 22nd July 2023, Mrs. Portiah Mokgathong won the Mrs Universe Botswana crown. She will join 99 other queens from all over the world, representing her country at the global event taking place in the Philippines , the beautiful city of Manila between the 1st and 9th of October 2023. It will be the 46th edition of the pageant since her inception in 1976.

Portiah is thirty-five years old and is five feet seven inches tall. She is a health professional and is happily married with children.
