Trinidad and Tobago had a worthy champion, Rebekah Hislop, who educated us about the Nylon Pool; the inspiration for her national costume during the Miss Grand International 2023 national costume competition.

The ability to achieve the colour, if you like, of water indicating the pool, keeps one wondering. Then the blue colour makes up the colour of the sea where the pool found space to sit in. Giving a vision of what it really looks like. Rebekah

A well thought out costume. Bringing it to the pageant stage is incredible. Kudos to the designer and the queen who brought it to life.
