THE SHOW MUST GO ON. – MISS UNIVERSE ORGANIZATION

A few days ago, Thursday the 9th of November to be exact, JKN Global the owner of the Miss Universe International Pageant filed for bankruptcy a few days to the kick-off of the prestigious event. Yet the organization has announced that the show must go on.

The drama with the Miss Universe Pageant seems unending. From extending the age limit for qualifications to opening the event to married, divorced and widowed women to admitting men who identify as women into the pageant.

All in the short space of a new ownership.

The declaration of bankruptcy sent fear, disappointment and anxiety into the hearts of the organizations in different countries who have owned the franchise for decades. Hopefully, they are wise enough to keep this sensitive information away from the ears of the participants.

Could JKN Global not manage their business since becoming the new owners of the prestigious pageant? Or did their new policy affect their stocks deeper than we know?
