Using a corset

I most say it is important to note that waist training is not for the impatient, with waist training patience is key, as results could take up to 12 months or more to show.

The waist trainer you chose to use is important;  to choose a waist trainer, you have to consider your body length and body shape, and how many inches you wish to lose.

Corsets can help lose 3 to 4 inches , it is important to know what corset style works best on your body .

For ladies with large bust, you may find that an over-bust corset is more comfortable than a bra. Over Busts supports your breasts from the waist up, easing the pressure of bra straps.

For small busted ladies, try a flat front style.  If you’re small hipped pretty much any corset will improve your hourglass shape.

While for a long torso, stick with a short-hip rather than long-line corset. An under-bust will break up the span of your torso more.
