On Saturday night, Zabelo Hlabisa was announced winner of the Miss Earth South Africa pageant. She will represent South Africa in December on the global stage of Vietnam.

Miss Hlabisa was a title holder in her school Durban University of Technology, so pageants and winning come easy to her.

The queen is five feet seven inches tall and is twenty-nine years old.
