Genzebe Dibaba was born in 1991 i yesn Bekoji, Ethiopia like her sister Anna. She is the current world record holder for indoor events of one mile, 3000m and 5000m.

Genzebe is also an Olympic medalist. At the Olympics Games in Rio and Beijing, the track queen won gold and silver medals. Now, this is apart from the championship titles she has won.

Furthermore, she competed in World Athletics Championships for eight years. From age eighteen to age twenty-six. And was a title winner for all the races, breaking records and creating new boundaries. From Istanbul to Bydgozcz, Birmingham to Mombasa, Marrakesh to Sopot. Our queen has been all over the world.

Since 1992, the Dibaba beauties have been making history on the tracks. It began with their aunty and all her siblings, including Genzebe have followed in her footsteps.
